Terms and conditions

These terms and condition govern ticket sales on the Ticketmaster site.
 
PREAMBULE :
Ticketmaster acts as a simple intermediary for the sale of tickets between the Customer and the Organisers of the concerned events, thus acting on behalf of the latter. Consequently, these conditions of sale are applicable to purchases of ticket and in no case to the show or the event itself.
 
1 - PRICES AND PAYMENT 1.1 All ticket prices offered for sale from us are in Euro and inclusive of VAT. Ticket prices include booking fees and exclude participation in the processing and shipping costs indicated below in article 7.

1.2 For some shows, and at the request of the organisers, you will receive vouchers instead of tickets. In this case, tickets are to be collected, in exchange for vouchers, at the entrance to the venue, 30 minutes before the start of the show.

1.3 Unless otherwise indicated, the total number of places in reservation accumulated per person may not exceed 20 tickets per order, or the maximum number of tickets specified specifically for certain events. It is also prohibited to obtain or attempt to obtain tickets through the unauthorized use of any robot or automated software, or an unauthorized link to any website, or through any other illegal or unauthorized activity. In the event of non-compliance with these rules, by an individual buyer or by multiple buyers connected simultaneously (for example by using several credit cards or by reserving several orders on the same credit card), or by means of automated booking, Ticketmaster reserves the right to cancel orders which we reasonably suspect have been placed in violation of these terms and conditions without notice, and all items obtained in connection with such orders will be void.

1.4 - Tickets purchased on this site may not:
(a) be used for advertising, promotion, commercial, media or public relations purposes, or contests or sweepstakes (or for other such similar commercial gain); and/or (b) be combined with any hospitality, travel or accommodation service and/or any other merchandise, product or service to create a package for sale or other distribution, unless formal written permission is given by us and the relevant event partner or the venue in advance and provided that even if such permission is granted, use of our or any event partner or venue’s trade marks and other intellectual property is subject to the express prior written consent of the owner.”

1.5 All orders regardless of their origin are only payable in Euro. A show ticket cannot be refunded even in the event of loss or theft, neither returned nor exchanged, except in the event of cancellation of a show and a decision by the organiser to refund the tickets. A ticket cannot also be resold at a price higher than that of its face value.

1.6 Ticketmaster reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time of order entry.

1.7 Purchase of access tickets on the site www.ticketmaster.fr implies acceptance of the general conditions or specific to certain events:

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF TICKETS :

This ticket must be accompanied by its control coupon when presented at the entrance to the venue (invalid ticket if presented without its control coupon) and be presented during any security check on the venue. The purchase of this ticket implies acceptance of the internal regulations of the venue mentioned on the front and available from the latter, or the internal regulations specific to the organiser, and available from the latter. Anyone who does not comply with these internal regulations, the specific measures taken by the organiser, the safety and public health rules in force (or these conditions which are valid in the absence of internal rules or specific conditions) may be refused entry to the venue or be expelled from it without being able to claim reimbursement for their ticket. In general, events take place under the sole responsibility of the organiser. Under no circumstances can the distributor of this ticket be held responsible for any incident in connection with the event. The price appearing on the front is the total price paid by the spectator. This ticket cannot be returned or exchanged, even in the event of loss or theft. No duplicate will be issued. French law prohibits, under penalty of a fine, the sale or offer for sale of tickets for access to a sporting, cultural, commercial event or to a live performance, in the usual way and without the authorization of the producer, the organiser or owner of the exploitation rights of the event. In the event of cancellation of the event, the price of the ticket will be refunded. In the event of postponement, any reimbursement of this ticket will be subject to the conditions of the event organiser. This ticket will not be subject to any exchange or refund if the organiser changes the program, line-up, or schedules. It is recommended that you occupy your seat at least 30 minutes before the start of the show. Access to the site and / or numbered seats is not guaranteed after the show's start time and does not give right to any refund. Photographing, filming, or recording is prohibited. The spectator may be required to undergo a security pat-down at the entrance to certain venues. Access may be refused to any person refusing to submit to this security measure. For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to bring into the venue weapons, explosive, flammable or volatile substances, bottles, containers, sharp or blunt objects and in general any object likely to serve as a projectile, any dangerous object and any pyrotechnic article, signs and banners of any size of a political, ideological, religious or advertising nature. Any offender accepts responsibility and exposes himself to prosecution. Spectators are warned that if a film is shot or the event is broadcast on television, their image may appear on it. Cameras and cameras are likely to be prohibited by the organiser. The holder of this ticket attends the event to which the ticket gives access under his own responsibility. Any exit is final, except in exceptional cases where a voucher valid only with this ticket will be issued. Unless specifically exception by the organiser, a minor must have a valid ticket, be accompanied and supervised by an adult and remains under the responsibility of the latter. It is recommended to check whether the event is suitable for young children. In general, access to major events is not recommended for children under five years of age and the position of young children in the arms or on the knees is prohibited.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS TO TEAM SPORTS EVENTS :

To ensure public safety, venue may be equipped with a video surveillance system under the control of judicial police officers, the images of which may be used in the event of criminal proceedings. A right of access is provided for a period which may vary depending on the venue (law 95-73 of January 21, 1995, amended by decree 92-926 of October 17, 1996). When a sporting match does not take place or is definitively stopped in the first period or at half-time, the tickets remain valid for the match postponed or to be replayed, but they can be refunded on demand under the conditions provided for by the organiser. Anyone entering the competition area of a sports arena, will have disturbed the running of a competition or endangered the safety of people and property (extracts from Law 931282 of 6 December 1993) can be sentenced to imprisonment, pay a fine and be denied access to a sport venue.

PROVISIONS SPECIFIC TO LEISURE PARKS :

This ticket does not guarantee access during peaks of attendance and during special events not specified on the ticket.
 
2 - REAL TIME TICKETING 2.1 - Availability
All bookings are made in real time on ticketing servers with allocation of our best available seats. In this context, our server informs you in real time on the availability of tickets at the time of your order in the chosen price or placement category. In the event of unavailability in one of the categories of seats requested, our server automatically offers you the best remaining seats in the other categories.

2.2 - Summary of the in-progress booking
During the booking, a summary of your current reservation will be displayed to you so that you can check before confirming the order that the seats allocated to you correspond to your wishes. It will be specified in particular when the seats allocated by the ticketing system are not contiguous (side by side). If the seats assigned to you do not suit you, you have the option to cancel them before payment. Please note that this summary page only corresponds to an order in progress and does not constitute proof of a firm reservation. As long as you have not validated the reservation and made the payment, the order is not final.
 
3 - SEATING MAP AND SEATS LOCATION During the booking, your seats may be shown on a seating plan when it is available and in the case of numbered seats

For some venues, a simulation of the view from the reserved seat is offered. This simulation is based on the typical configuration of these venues. This simulation is given for information purposes only and may be different from the view actually offered from the seat during an event. Indeed, this view will be subject to technical constraints and the scenography decided by the event organizers. These elements which may modify the configuration of the premises are specific to each event and beyond the control of Ticketmaster.

4 - METHODS OF PAYMENTDifferent payment methods may be offered to you, depending on the event, depending on the delivery method you have chosen and depending on the time between the date on which you make your reservation and the date of the event, or on request. from the organizer of the event.

When booking the tickets, you are required to choose the method of payment for your order and to follow the instructions relating to each method of payment.

4.1 - Credit card
Payment by credit card allows you to book your tickets online, immediately in a firm and definitive manner.
Following cards are accepted for payment of your order of tickets: CARTE BLEUE, VISA, EUROCARD / MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

4.2 - Paypal
Payment by Paypal allows you to book your tickets online and immediately in a firm and definitive manner.
You must first have a valid PayPal account.
This method of payment cannot be offered if you choose to collect your tickets at a point of sale.

4.3 - Ticketmaster Gift Card
Payment by Ticketmaster gift card allows you to book your tickets online, immediately in a firm and definitive manner. Pay all or part of the amount with a Ticketmaster gift card and, if necessary, complete the amount to be paid by credit card.

5 - SECURING PAYMENT AND PERSONAL DATA 5.1 - SECURING PAYMENT
Ticketmaster has entrusted its payment system to WORLDINE, a service provider specialized in PCI-DSS certified securing online payments. We guarantee total confidentiality of your banking information, secured by the SSL / TLS protocols, which systematically check the validity of access rights when you pay by credit card and encrypt all exchanges in order to guarantee confidentiality.

5.2 - Personal data
The personal data you share allows us to complete your order. In addition, this data, once recorded, allows you to carry out your future orders more quickly thanks to the creation of your account. They also allow Ticketmaster to send you your tickets, and to contact you, to the extent possible, in the event of cancellation or modification of the date, time or location of the show you have booked tickets for.

5.3 - Request for additionnal identity information (IDCB)
We may ask you to provide by email or post additional information on the bank card used for payment, the identity of the buyer and / or the holder of the bank card.

6 - ORDER VALIDATION During the final validation of your order at the end of the reservation process, you declare that you accept it as well as all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale fully and without reservation. The data recorded by Ticketmaster are authentic and constitute proof of all past transactions.
 
7 - DELIVERY METHODS Different delivery methods may be offered to you when ordering, depending on the event, the equipment of the venue with electronic access control, the time between the date of the reservation and the date of the event.

7.2 - Collection in store or at the box office of the venue

Ticket collection allows book until the last moment on the Internet and come and collect your tickets at a collection point or at the ticket office at the location of the event under the following conditions :

When ordering, you may be offered to collect your tickets in store, and in some cases, such as approaching the date of the event, it may be the only available delivery method. As soon as your order is finished, you can go to one of the Ticketmaster network collection points, with your order reference, an identity document and the bank card used to pay for your order.

The list of collection points is available on the home page of the site.

In-store collection is not possible if you pay for your order with an e-card. And under no circumstances can you collect your tickets in-store upon presentation of an e-card.

If you plan to collect your ticket on the day of the event, please ensure the opening days and times of the point of sale from which you wish to collect your tickets.

Tickets can only be collected from partner points of sale. Ticket collection at the box office of the venue is not possible (except when it is specifically offered for certain shows).

When ordering, and for certain events or certain venues only, you may be offered to collect your tickets at the box office of the venue. If you choose this method, you must arrive 1h30 before the start of the event with your order reference, an identity document and the bank card used to pay for your order.

Please note: any ticket order not collected in store, or the box office cannot be subject to complaint and therefore never induce a refund.

7.3 - E-TICKET (impression des billets à domicile)
E-ticket allows you to obtain your ticket immediately after ordering, in secure PDF format including a barcode.

The e-ticket is a printable ticket, in color or in black and white, from your printer connected to your computer. The e-ticket can be offered when the venue of the event has appropriate barcode scanners. Each e-ticket is then scanned at the entrance. Its validity is checked thanks to the unique barcode printed on each ticket.

Service fee is 1.65 € incl. Tax per order of e-tickets

You can regenerate and print your e-tickets at any time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from your customer account.

7.4 - M-TICKET
M-tickets allows you to obtain your ticket on your smartphone immediately after ordering, in secure PDF format including a barcode.

The m-ticket can be offered when the venue of the event has appropriate barcode scanners. Each m-ticket is then scanned at the entrance to the venue. Its validity is checked thanks to the unique barcode printed on each ticket.

Service fee is € 1.65 incl.tax per order of m-tickets

The costs of processing an order for e-ticket or m-ticket electronic tickets are a contribution to the costs specific to this method of obtaining: IT developments and maintenance, securing and transferring the electronic data of your tickets to the various ticketing systems. venue access control, maintenance by technical teams 7 days a week, etc.

7.5 - BilletcollectorTM / CollectorTicketTM
BilletcollectorTM / CollectorTicketTM is a ticket validated by the organiser and published on a plastic card support which gives direct access to the event thanks to its unique bar code. It is secured by hologram and 3D lamination. The ticket information is printed on the back. The BilletcollectorTM / CollectorTicketTM is delivered by secure fold with 1 neck strap and 1 gift wrap per BilletcollectorTM / CollectorTicketTM.BilletcollectorTM / CollectorTicketTM is an optional service, the price of which is billed in addition to the price of the ticket. Shipping costs are added depending on the shipping method chosen. The use of a BilletcollectorTM / CollectorTicketTM implies acceptance of the general provisions for the use of the access ticket or specific to certain events as described in paragraph 1.6. In the event of loss by the customer or theft of a ticket collectorTM, no refund will be made, and no duplicate will be issued. The buyer remains responsible for the use made of his BilletcollectorTM / CollectorTicketTM BilletcollectorTM / CollectorTicketTM are registered trademarks of the Ticketmaster company.
8 - CONDITIONS OF USE OF E-TICKET, M-TICKET AND BILLETCOLLECTORTM / COLLECTORTICKETTM The purchase and use of e-ticket, m-ticket and billetcollectorTM / collectorticketTM are governed by all the general terms and conditions as well as by the specific conditions below, relating to the electronic control of these tickets.

Each ticket is coded, i.e. provided with a bar code allowing access to the event for a single spectator. In the event of loss, theft or duplication of a coded ticket, only the first person to hold the ticket will be able to access the event. The buyer remains responsible for the use made of his coded tickets.

The use of an e-ticket or m-ticket implies acceptance of the general conditions for the use of the access ticket or specific to certain events as described in paragraph 1.6.

Ticket printing conditions and validity :
- It is up to you before choosing to obtain your tickets in electronic format to check that you have the appropriate material to print the e-ticket in PDF format that will be provided to you, or a smartphone capable of hosting your m-tickets, - The e-ticket is only valid if it is printed in black and white or in colour on white A4 paper, blank on both sides, without changing the print size in portrait (vertical) format with a jet printer ink or laser. No other medium (electronic, pc screen, portable screen, etc.) is accepted for the e-ticket. - E-tickets must have good print quality. Tickets that are partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible will not be accepted and considered in fact as invalid. In case of poor print quality, you should reprint your coded ticket again in order to have good print quality. To reprint your ticket, refer to your customer account on the site.

Use and validity of the ticket: - These tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable. With some exceptions, this ticket can be transferred to a third party. Please note: for certain events, tickets are strictly personal and cannot be transferred. This type of special condition is specified on the event page when making your reservation.
- During controls at the entrance to the venue, an official and valid identity document with photo may be requested to identify the purchaser of the tickets (passport, driver's license, identity card or residence permit).
- The coded ticket is only valid for the place, session, date and time specified above. In other cases, this ticket will not be valid.
- You must keep this title for the duration of your presence at the venue of the event.
- In the event of loss or theft, Ticketmaster declines all responsibility for the illegal use of this ticket.
 
9 - WITHDRAWAL, CANCELLATION AND REFUND 9.1 - In accordance with Article L 221-28 of the Consumer Code, tickets for shows and entertainment are not subject to a right of withdrawal. All orders are firm and final.

9.2 - Before going to the show, the customer is invited to ensure the maintenance of the show or event by consulting the site www.ticketmaster.fr.

9.3 - Cancelation and rescheduling

In the event of cancellation of the event at the request of the organiser without a postponement date, the price of your tickets will be refunded (excluding ancillary costs of processing, delivery, billetcollectorTM / collectorticketTM, insurance, etc.)

Id the event is rescheduled by the organiser, the conditions regarding ticket validity or refund of the tickets are determined by the event organiser.

Tickets are refunded under the conditions described in the information email you receive to inform you of the cancellation. This email also informs you about the refund procedure depending on the type of tickets purchased.

Refund Terms :
Refund is made for the benefit of the person who made the order on our site. In some cases, you can choose the refund method when requesting reimbursement. Without any indication from you, the refund is made by default according to the payment method used when ordering.

Refunds by check are sent to the postal address of your customer account.
In case of cancellation or postponement of an event for which your ticket is not available on the date of postponement, and if you wish to keep your billetcollectorTM / collectorticketTM, please send us a front and back copy of it with your name, last name, order reference and coordinates. If you choose to keep your billetcollectorTM / collectorticketTM, you can also keep the lanyard and the wrap. Only ticket value will be refunded. You will not receive refund of the billetcollectorTM / collectorticketTM unit price and fees.
Only the holder of the order will be refunded.

9.4 - Assurance Annulation
We offer the ability for you to purchase "Missed Event Insurance" in relation to your Tickets, from our third-party provider. Please note that purchase of such insurance is not covered by these terms and condition. Please see the Missed Event Insurance Terms and Conditions for further details.

In the event that you have taken out cancellation insurance, only the price of the ticket will be reimbursed by the insurance company under the conditions defined in insurance contract No. 602651.

9.5 - Legal provisions specific to the purchase of complementary manufactured products

For manufactured products optionally offered by the event organiser as part of the ticket order (exhibition catalogue, program, merchandising, etc.), it is reminded that, when acting as a legal guarantee of conformity, the customer :
- has a period of two years from the delivery of the product to act.
- can choose between repair or replacement of the product concerned (if it is still available for sale) subject to the cost conditions provided for in Article L. 217-9 of the Consumer Code.
- can obtain the resolution of the sale or a reduction in the price (partial reimbursement of the product) if the defect is major and the period of the chosen solution exceeds 1 month from the request, or no means are feasible.
- is exempt from proving the existence of the lack of conformity of the product during the 24 months following its delivery.

As part of the legal guarantee against hidden defects, the customer: - has a period of 2 years from the discovery of the defect to implement the legal guarantee against hidden defects of the product sold within the meaning of article 1641 of the Civil Code.
- can choose between the resolution of the sale (return of the product and full refund) or to obtain a price reduction (partial refund of the product) in accordance with Article 1644 of the Civil Code.
 
10 - GIFT CARD Ticketnet offers a gift card service.
The gift cards offered on this site are published by Ticketnet SAS, SAS with a capital of 3,000,000 Euros, RCS Nanterre 412 888 133, whose head office is located at 28 allée d’Aquitaine – 92000 Nanterre - France.
Ticketmaster gift cards are accepted as a means of payment up to the amount indicated on the back of the card for all events offered on this site.
They can be used on one or more occasions. Is not replaced in the event of loss, theft, damage, or end of validity. Cannot be the subject of a request for opposition. If the first purchase does not reach the amount of the card, the balance remains valid until the expiration date of the card. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift card, you can pay the remaining balance by bank card or another Ticketmaster gift card.

Each gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The card balance and validity period can be viewed free of charge on ticketmaster.fr.
Upon receipt of your gift card, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. To do this, we invite you to download the withdrawal form for your gift card order to be returned to us duly completed to request reimbursement. The form must then be returned, return costs at your expense, accompanied by the gift card (s) to TICKETNET Web - 28 allée d’Aquitaine – 92000 Nanterre. In the event of partial use of the amount of the gift card during the 14-day period, you will be liable for the amounts used and will only be reimbursed for the remaining balance available on the card. In the case of full use, no refund will be made. We will remotely deactivate the relevant gift card (s) within 72 business hours of receiving your request. When you withdraw from us after the card has been sent or handed over to a third party, we leave it to you to inform that person.
 
11 - LIVE STREAMS Tickets giving access to online content, such as live streams or similar, are subject to the conditions of use communicated at the time of purchase and can be used within the framework of the conditions of access and organization of the event. by its organiser.
The recording and broadcasting of the event are carried out under the responsibility of the organiser. The responsibility of the site that distributes the access ticket cannot be held liable in the event that access problems, distribution problems or service interruptions occur.

The use of the streaming viewing service requires a high-speed internet connection and possibly a wireless connection (Wifi and mobile telephone networks) for the mobile viewing devices.

Connection and communication charges relating to the use of this type of service may be applied by the internet or telephone operator.
The broadcast times shown on the ticket are given in local time (place of the event) and are set by the event organiser. Live stream type content is deemed to no longer be accessible at the end of the broadcast.
 
12 - ORDER FOLLOW-UP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE Your customer account, accessible from the site, allows you to: - track the status of your order,
- follow the delivery of your tickets in the case of a dispatch by postal services,
- reissue your e-ticket (s).

13 - RESPONSIBILITY, APPLICABLE LAW AND MEDIATION In accordance with the law n ° 2004-575 of June 21, 2004, article L 121-20-3 of the consumer code, Ticketmaster is fully responsible towards the consumer for the proper performance of the obligations resulting from the contract concluded at distance.

Each show organiser sets the rules specific to the organization of his show and which are fully applicable to customers. These regulations are communicated to customers by the organisers.

The ticket sales referred to herein are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts within the jurisdiction of the Nanterre have sole jurisdiction if the buyer is a trader.

COMSUPTION MEDIATION



National or cross-border disputes which may arise concerning the validity, interpretation, execution or non-performance, interruption or termination of this contract, may be submitted to mediation at consumer demand.

Mr. Jean-Pierre Teyssier (MTV Médiation Tourisme Voyage - BP 80303 - 75823 Paris Cedex 17), mediator approved by the consumer mediation assessment and control commission (CECMC), is appointed as mediator of the consumption, to facilitate the resolution of disputes between Ticketmaster France and its consumers.

The website www.mtv.travel describes the mediation process used and allows consumers to file a mediation request online along with supporting documents.

In particular, the dispute cannot be examined by the mediator if :

- the consumer does not justify having tried, beforehand, to resolve his dispute directly with Ticketmaster France by a written complaint,
- the request is manifestly unfounded or abusive,
- the dispute has been previously examined or is under examination by another mediator or by a court,
- the consumer has lodged his request with the mediator within a period of more than one year from his written complaint to Ticketmaster France,
- the dispute does not fall within its area of jurisdiction.

Mediation is free of charge for consumers (except if they voluntarily have recourse to a lawyer, a third party of their choice or an expert).

The mediator cannot receive any instructions from the parties or be remunerated according to the result.

The mediation of consumer disputes is subject to the obligation of confidentiality provided for by article 21-3 of law 95-125 of February 8, 1995 relating to the organization of courts and civil, criminal and administrative proceedings.

The parties remain free to submit their dispute to a judge within the framework of the applicable legal provisions.
